1.Air compression
The raw materials air is compressed to 0.7 Mpa by the compressor
2. Preccooling
The air is precooled to appromately 10℃ in the precooler where the moisture is removed
3. Purufication
The moisture,cartion dioxide and acetylene remained in the air are removed by the purifler
4. Air expansion
The air reallzo expand,relrigeration in person who expard,offer cold quantity with compersate cold to decease
5. Heat excharge
The air behind the purification cool down to the liquefying temperature in the heat exchanger,the products gas are rewarrmed to the ambient temperature
6. Suboooling
The liquit air and liquid nitrogen are subcooled in the subcooler before throtting
7. Rectiflcation
The are into the bottom of the rectiflcatione column,liquid air and squid nitrogen are obtained at teh lower column,in top of the rectification column can obtain high pure nitrogen,in bottom of the top column can obtain high puruty oxygen
